摘要
随着市场对亚磷酸固体产品需求量越来越大,为提高固体亚磷酸产量,克服目前亚磷酸夹套冷却结晶工艺容易结疤、影响结晶换热的缺点,通过一系列的试验,对固体亚磷酸真空冷却结晶工艺进行优化,得出93%~94%亚磷酸溶液,在温度35~45℃,在绝压3~5KPa条件下,能达到真空冷却、结晶的效果的结论。
With the increasing demand of Phosphorous acid solid products market,in order to improve solid Phosphorous acid production,to overcome the current Phosphorous acid jacketed cooling crystallization process easy to scar,the shortcomings of influence crystallization heat exchange,through a series of experiments,optimize the solid Phosphorous acid vacuum cooling crystallization process,it is concluded that 93%~94%Phosphorous acid solution,the temperature 35~45℃,under the condition of the absolute pressure 3~5KPa,can achieve the effect of vacuum cooling and crystallization of the conclusion.
