摘要
调速系统是水电站参与控制调节的重要设备,自动调节水轮发电机组的转速,满足电网对频率质量的要求。水电站采用“无人值班(少人值守)”的运行方式,提高了对水轮发电机调速系统可靠性的要求。冗余是增加重复部分或对原本的单一部分进行备份,依靠冗余配置是提高调速系统可靠性的重要方式。通过对调速系统电源、电液转换、控制器、信号、压力油源、主配压阀几部分设备的冗余配置,分析各设备的功能、实现方法、效果,通过冗余配置提高了水轮发电机组和电站整体的可靠性。同时,该系统对于航运、水利、船舶等采用液压控制类的行业及领域具有较好的参考作用。
The turbine governing system is an important equipment involved in the control and regulation of hydropower station,which automatically adjusts the rotational speed of the hydro generator unit to meet the requirements of the power grid for frequency quality.The unattended(with few people on duty)operation mode adopted by the hydropower station raised the requirement for reliability of the hydro-generator governing system.Redundancy is the duplication of parts or the backup of original single parts.Redundant configuration is an important way to improve the reliability of governing system.By redundant configuration of such parts as power supply,electro-hydraulic converter,controller,signaling,pressure source and main distributing valve,and by analyzing the function,realization method and effect of each equipment,the reliability of the hydrogenerator set and the hydropower station was improved.It can be used as a reference for shipping,water conservancy,ships and other industries and fields that use hydraulic control.
