对硝基酚在L-酪氨酸修饰电极上的电化学行为 被引量:3

Electrocatalytic Reduction of p-NP on a Glassy Carbon Electrode Modified with L-tyrosine

摘要 构筑了一种聚L-酪氨酸修饰的玻碳电极(PLT/GCE)并将其应用于对硝基苯酚(p-NP)的电催化性能研究。分别利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)及电化学的方法对其进行了表征,并考察了p-NP在聚L-酪氨酸修饰电极上的电化学行为。结果显示:与裸电极相比,聚L-酪氨酸修饰电极显著增大了对硝基苯酚(p-NP)电化学响应信号。且在0.05~50.6μM的线性范围内,峰电流与浓度呈现出良好的线性关系,检出限为0.016μM(S/N=3)。稳定性及重现性良好。 A kind of poly-L-tyrosine modified glassy carbon electrode was prepared by electropoly-merization,and it was applied to constructing an electrosensor for p-Nitrophenol.The modified electrode was characterized by the scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and electro-method separately.The electrocatalytic reduction of p-NP on the polyL-tyrosine nanostructures was demonstrated.The results showed that the p-L-tyrosine modified electrode had shown favourable improvement in peak current compared to bare glassy carbon electrode.The reduction currents of p-NP were found to be linearly related to concentration over the range 0.05 to 50.6μM,and the detection limits was calculated to be0.016μM(S/N=3).The p-L-tyrosine modified electrode showed a satisfactorily reproducibility in the determination of p-NP in the PBS(pH=7).
