摘要
开展检验检测工作离不开测量设备和计量器具,而保证检验工作质量、获取准确数据的前提条件之一是将测量设备和计量器具定期送至有资质的计量机构进行检定与校准,使其具备量值溯源性。而检定和校准后证书均需进行有效性评价,通过正确实施检定和校准证书的确认,可以保证量值溯源的完整性,有效提高检验检测机构测量设备和计量器具管理水平,降低检验检测工作风险。
Measuring equipment and measuring instruments are indispensable for inspection and testing,and one of the preconditions to ensure the quality of inspection work and to obtain accurate data is to send measuring equipment and measuring instruments to quali⁃fied measuring institutions for verification/calibration on a regular basis,so as to make them have the traceability of measurement val⁃ue.The verification/calibration certificate needs to be evaluated for validity.Through the correct implementation of verification/cali⁃bration certificate confirmation,the integrity of traceability of measurement value can be guaranteed,the management level of measur⁃ing equipment and measuring instruments of inspection and testing institutions can be effectively improved,and the risk of inspection and testing work can be reduced.
