摘要
细胞焦亡是一种促炎症性的细胞死亡方式,它是依赖于半胱氨酸天冬氨酸酶-1(caspase-1)的经典路径和依赖于半胱氨酸天冬氨酸酶-4/5/11(caspase-4/5/11)的非经典路径的激活所引起的炎性级联放大反应,最终促使细胞死亡并释放炎症因子白细胞介素-1β/18(IL-1β/18),焦亡的直接执行蛋白是GSDMD-N端结构域。银屑病的发病机制与caspase-1、IL-18、IL-1β、炎症小体(NLRP3、AIM2)有一定的相关性,本文综述细胞焦亡在银屑病发病中作用的研究进展,为银屑病的防治提供新的思路。
Pyroptosis is a pro-inflammatory form of cell death.It is an inflammatory cascade amplification reaction caused by activation of the caspase-1 dependent canonical pathway and caspase-4/5/11 dependent noncanonical pathway,which eventually leads to cell death and the release of inflammatory cytokine-1β/18(IL-1β/18).The direct executor of pyroptosis is N domain of the GSDMD.The pathogenesis of psoriasis is correlated with caspase-1,IL-18,IL-1β,and inflammasomes(NLRP3,AIM2).The advances of research on the role of pyroptosis in psoriasis were reviewed in this article,which might provide new thoughts for the prevention and treatment of psoriasis.
