我国农业众创空间的发展模式与困境剖析--基于京沪苏鄂四地的实地调研 被引量:6

摘要 基于对京沪苏鄂4地农业众创空间的实地调研,分析总结出我国农业众创空间发展的4种典型模式,从政策环境、产业环境、资源禀赋等角度提出4种典型模式面临的发展困境;通过对4种典型模式的对比,总结出4种模式的共性特征和个性差异,找到有利于农业众创空间发展的关键因素。最后根据我国农业众创空间整体发展面临的关键问题,从政策激励、专业化发展、产业融合发展和制度建设等方面提出促进我国农业众创空间发展的思考,以期为优化我国农业众创空间发展模式、明确发展定位和在农业供给侧结构性改革及乡村振兴战略中更好发挥作用提供有益参考。 Based on the field survey of four agricultural maker spaces in Beijing, Shanghai, Jiangsu and Hubei, this paperanalyzes and summarizes four typical models of the development of agricultural maker space in China, puts forward thedevelopment dilemma of four typical models from the angle of policy environment, industrial environment, resourceendowment and so on;through the comparison of the four typical models, summarizes common characteristics andpersonality differences of the four models, and finds the key factors conducive to the development of agricultural makerspace. Finally, according to the key problems of the whole development of agricultural innovation space in China,this paper puts forward the thinking of promoting the development of agricultural innovation space in China from theaspects of policy incentive, specialization development, industrial integration development and system construction, inorder to provide a useful reference for optimizing the development mode of agricultural innovation space, defining thedevelopment orientation and playing a better role in the structural reform of agricultural supply-side and the strategy ofrural revitalization.
