摘要
经济社会发展进入新时代,建筑行业发展面临着新的形势和挑战,做好屋面防水施工既是提高建筑施工质量的重要要求,也是提升建筑物使用寿命的保障。科学开展建筑屋面防水施工,提升建筑屋面防水施工质量是当前建筑工程管理的重要内容。本文通过分析建筑屋面防水施工存在的意义和技术要点、施工存在的问题以及相应的管控措施方面对建筑屋面防水施工进行了分析和探究,以期可以为建筑屋面防水施工工作的顺利开展提供一定的参考。
Economic and social development has entered a new era, and the development of the building industry is facing new situations and challenges. Doing a good job in roof waterproofing is not only an important requirement to improve the quality of building construction, but also a guarantee to increase the service life of buildings. Scientifically carrying out building roof waterproof construction and improving the quality of building roof waterproof construction are important contents of current construction project management. This article analyzes and explores the waterproofing construction of the building roof by analyzing the significance and technical points of the waterproofing construction of the building, the problems existing in the construction, and the corresponding control measures, so as to provide a certain reference for the smooth development of the waterproofing construction work.
