摘要
如何将安全性要求高的电气自动化系统与开放性程度高的互联网实现深度融合,创造出“开放发展、安全可靠”的“互联网+电气自动化”工业互联网,一直是电气自动化工业发展的目标之一。介绍了一种通用、安全、开放的“互联网+电气自动化”工业互联网应用方法,该方法使用KEPServerEX软件与电气自动化设备通信并发布成通用OPC服务,然后通过软件和隔离装置实现自动化设备信息与互联网的正向隔离传输,最后开发移动APP实现开放安全的电气自动化工业互联网应用。
How to integrate the high-security electrical automation system with the open-minded Internet to create an open and developmental,safe and reliable″Internet+electrical automation″industrial Internet has always been one of the goals of the development of electrical automation industry.This paper introduces an universal,secure and open″Internet+Electrical Automation″industrial Internet application,which uses KEPServerEX software to communicate with electrical automation equipment and publish it as a general OPC service,and then realize the information of the automation equipment is transferred in isolated way which is controlled by software and isolation devices,and finally developing mobile APP to achieve open and secure electrical automation industrial Internet applications.
