Determination of Cadmium in Nickel Base Superalloy by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

摘要 采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定镍基高温合金中的镉,样品以硝酸-氢氟酸-水混合溶液(1+1+1)前处理,选择Cd 228.8 nm为分析线进行测定,并通过标准加入法校正基体效应。考察了消解酸的选择,仪器工作参数的调整,基体和共存离子对镉测定的影响。结果表明,镍基高温合金中镉的检出限为0.088μg/g。加标回收率为94.1%~109%,结果的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=8)在0.54%~1.6%。方法操作简便、分析速度快、准确度好,适用于镉含量在0.0001%~0.001%的镍基高温合金中的测定。 The flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS)method was established for determination of cadmium in nickel base superalloy.Samples of nickel base superalloy were digested with a mixture of nitric acid,hydrofluoric acid and water(1+1+1),and Cd 228.8 nm was selected as analytical lines.The standard addition method was used to eliminate the matrix effect.The selection of digestive acid,the optimization of instrument parameters,the influences of matrix and coexisted ions on the determination of cadmium were also studied.The results showed that the detection limit was 0.088μg/L for Cd,the recovery rates in the samples were ranged from 94.1%to 109%,and the relative standard deviations(RSD,n=8)of determination results were between 0.54%and 1.6%.The method is simple,rapid and accurate,and thus is suitable for the analysis of the cadmium in nickel base superalloy with cadmium content of 0.0001%—0.001%.
