摘要
新时代经济发展的根本要求是高质量发展,而经济的高质量发展离不开科技创新.选取2011-2017年中国30个省份的相关数据,通过构建科技创新综合指数和测算中国经济发展的全要素生产率,运用FGLS和系统GMM方法实证分析科技创新对中国经济高质量发展的影响.研究表明:①科技创新能够促进中国经济高质量发展,而且存在区域异质性.在中部地区和东部地区,科技创新对地区经济高质量发展起到了促进作用,而在东北地区和西部地区影响并不显著.②科技创新能够通过提高产品质量和降低环境污染来实现经济高质量发展.因此实现经济高质量发展,应积极发挥科技创新的驱动作用,改善区域科技创新环境,改进生产流程和更新生产设备以提高产品质量和降低环境污染.
The fundamental requirement of economic development in the new era is high-quality development,and the high-quality economic development cannot be separated from technological innovation. Based on the data of 30 provinces in China from 2011 to 2017,this paper constructs a comprehensive index of technological innovation and calculates the total factor productivity of China’s economic development,and uses FGLS and system GMM methods to empirically analyze the impact of scientific and technological innovation on China’s high-quality economic development. The results show as follows. ①Technology innovation promotes the high-quality development of China’s economy,and there is regional heterogeneity. In the central and eastern areas,technological innovation promotes the high-quality development of regional economy,while in the northeast and western areas,the impact is not significant.②Technological innovation can achieve high-quality economic development by improving product quality and reducing environmental pollution. To achieve high-quality economic development,it is suggested to actively play the driving role of technological innovation,improve the regional environment for scientific and technological innovation,optimize production processes and update production equipment for improving product quality and reducing environmental pollution.
