镁修饰钨铝复合氧化物在甘油催化中的应用 被引量:2

Application of magnesium modified tungsten aluminum composite oxide for glycerol catalysis

摘要 采用重复浸渍-焙烧法将Mg(NO3)2和贵金属Pt依次负载在已制备的钨铝复合氧化物WOx/Al2O3(W/Al)载体上,制得负载Pt的镁修饰钨铝复合氧化物(Pt-MgO/W/Al)。使用X线衍射仪(XRD)、H2程序升温还原(H2-TPR)、CO脉冲吸附、H2程序升温脱附(H2-TPD)和NH3程序升温脱附(NH3-TPD)对制备的样品进行表征。用水热釜对催化剂进行水热稳定性的探究,在固定床反应器上考察催化剂催化氢解甘油的性能。结果表明:负载在W/Al表面的Mg(NO3)2在一定温度下焙烧后在催化剂上分解,使得催化剂有良好的水热稳定性,提高并保持了Pt在催化剂上的分散度,增强了催化剂的H2吸附能力,并在长时间的催化氢解反应过程中提高了催化剂活性,保持了催化剂性能的稳定;在H2压力为4 MPa、甘油的质量空速为0.2 h-1、反应温度为160℃的条件下,甘油的转化率达到78%,1,3-丙二醇的选择性达到55%。 Mg(NO3)2 and Pt were loaded on the prepared tungsten-aluminum composite oxide WOx/Al2O3(W/Al) carrier in turn by repeated impregnation-roasting method, and magnesium modified tungsten aluminum composite oxide loaded with Pt(Pt-MgO/W/Al) was prepared. The catalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD), H2 temperature programmed reduction(H2-TPR), CO pulsed adsorption, H2 temperature programmed desorption(H2-TPD) and NH3 temperature programmed desorption(NH3-TPD). Hydrothermal stability of the catalyst was investigated in a hydrothermal kettle and the catalytic properties of the catalytic biomass were measured in a fixed bed reactor with glycerol. Results showed that Mg(NO3)2 supported on the surface of W/Al decomposed on the catalyst after calcination at a certain temperature, which made the catalyst had good hydrothermal stability and improved the dispersion of Pt on the catalyst with the enhanced hydrogen adsorption capacity. The improved activity and the stability of the catalyst was maintained during the long-term catalytic hydrogenolysis. Under the experimental conditions of H2 pressure of 4 MPa, glycerol mass space velocity of 0.2 h-1 and reaction temperature of 160 ℃, the conversion rate of glycerol reached 78% and the selectivity of 1,3-propanediol 55%.
