在自然资源背景下定义建筑工程审查“五大性能”

摘要 通过梳理自然资源和规划部门机改运行后的两大主要改革方向发现,空间规划体系成果以空间资源的合理保护和有效利用为核心,工程建设审批流程改革以工程建设许可阶段为重要节点。基于此,文章提出未来"建筑师""规划师"在建设工程领域的纵向管控逻辑,进而深化空间规划成果的应用导向,提出建筑工程审查的"五大性能"。 By combing two main directions in the reform of natural resources and planning departments, it is found that the achievements of spatial planning system is the reasonable protection and effective utilization of spatial resources and the important node in the reform of engineering construction approval process is the engineering construction permit. In view of this, this paper puts forward the vertical management and control logic by the future architects and planners in the field of construction engineering, further deepens the directions for the application of spatial planning achievements and then puts forward five performances of construction engineering review.
