摘要
农村小学作为我国基础教育的中坚力量,是社会主义教育事业最大也是最重的一分子,如何管理好农村小学教育问题俨然已经成为时代命名下的重要课题。基于此,本文从“教育类型、配置问题、教育观念、学生心态、素质教育”五个方面为出发点,对农村小学“根源性”的教育管理问题进行初步的分析与探讨。
As the backbone of China's basic education,rural primary schools are the largest and most important part of the socialist education,so the education management in rural primary schools has become an important issue in the new era.Based on this,starting from the five aspects of"education types,allocation problems,education concepts,student problems,and quality education",this paper analyzes and discusses the root problems of education management in rural primary schools.
