摘要
为全面了解手性化合物瑞德西韦研发企业吉利德对其的专利布局战略,通过专利检索,截止目前笔者在全球范围内共找到由吉利德提交与瑞德西韦相关的专利申请346件,涉及专利族8个。笔者从手性化合物的概念谈起,通过解读上述8个专利族,分析了吉利德对瑞德西韦的全球专利申请情况。在此基础上,总结出吉利德对瑞德西韦的专利保护体系构建思路、专利布局策略及其对当前研发的启示,建议医药产业界加强专利及相关文献研究分析,重视专利申请质量和申请策略,以期促进抗病毒药物领域的研发进展和有效专利保护。
In order to fully understand the patent portfolio strategy of the R&D enterprise Gilead for the chiral compound remdesivir,through patent search,so far 346 patent applications related to remdesivir submitted by Gilead company have been retrieved in global scope,8 patent families involved.Remdesivir must mention from the concept of chiral compounds,the author interpreted the above 8 patent families,provided an overview of the patent applications of remdesivir in the worldwide.On the basis,the author summarized Gilead's patent protection framework for remdesivir,patent portfolio strategy and the inspiration for current R&D.The author suggested that research and analysis of patents and related literature should be enhanced in pharmaceutical industry,and devote much attention to patent quality and application strategy,to promote research progress and effective patent protection for antiviral drugs.
