摘要
近些年来,随着我国社会主义市场经济的快速发展,各种建筑工程项目越来越多。而在建筑工程项目施工过程中,要想使整个建筑工程的质量得到有效的保证,就必须确保建筑工程材料的质量,同时建筑工程材料的管理工作还直接影响着建筑工程的施工进度。但是就目前的实际情况来看,建筑工程材料的管理工作还存在很多的问题急需解决。基于此,本文首先分析了建筑工程材料管理过程中存在的问题,主要包括三个方面:施工现场材料管理存在漏洞;建筑工程材料的采购过程不规范;建筑工程材料存放管理不合理。之后针对这些问题探讨了相关的解决策略,主要包括四个方面:加强材料验收与入库管理;加强材料的使用与出库管理;不断加强材料保管工作;加强材料采购人员的管理。希望能够为以后的研究工作提供一些参考。
In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s socialist market economy,various construction projects have been increasing.In the construction process of a construction project,if the quality of the entire construction project is to be effectively guaranteed,the quality of the construction engineering materials must be ensured.At the same time,the management of the construction engineering materials directly affects the construction progress of the construction project.However,from the current actual situation,there are still many problems in the management of construction engineering materials that need to be solved urgently.Based on this,this paper first analyzes the problems existing in the management process of construction engineering materials,mainly including three aspects:loopholes in the material management on construction site,irregular procurement process of construction engineering materials,and unreasonable storage management of construction engineering materials.In view of the above questions,relevant solving strategies are put forward,which mainly include four aspects:strengthening material acceptance and storage management,improving material use and storage management,continuously strengthening material storage,and strengthening management of material procurement personnel.It is hoped that this paper can provide a reference for future research work.
