摘要
本文主要介绍了怀柔区中医医院迁建项目中2号楼(西病房楼)、3号楼(北病房楼)的加固改造扩建情况,改造涉及结构加固、围护结构、暖通空调系统、电气与智能化系统、给排水系统、室内环境等多个方面。通过多项技术运用,实现医院建筑功能、安全、能效、环境等多方面性能的提升,如能耗监管平台、可再生资源利用等技术的应用,将有助于医院建筑节能与低碳运行。结合项目实施后的检测评估及实际运行效果,本次改造满足建筑内部的新功能布局,延长了建筑使用年限,降低了建筑能耗,改善了医院室内环境。完成改造的病房在使用期将取得显著的经济和社会效益,本改造实例经验也对同类面临改造的医院建筑有一定的借鉴作用。
This paper mainly reports on the reconstruction and reinforcement of No.2 West Inpatient Building and No.3 North Inpatient Building in the project of Beijing Huairou district hospital of traditional Chinese medicine.In the process of reconstruction,structure strengthening,building envelope,water supply and drainage system,electrical and intelligent system,HAVC system and the indoor environment were involved.The performances of function,safety,energy efficiency and environment in this hospital building were improved with number of technical applications.Energy monitoring systems and renewable resources utilization were implemented to promote the efficiency and low-carbon operation of hospital building.And then,according to the test data and actual operation results,this reconstruction meets the function layout,extends the life of buildings,lowers the energy consumption,and improves the indoor environment.Meanwhile,the renovated inpatient building achieved remarkable economic and social benefits.The experience of the case may be used as reference in the renovation of similar hospital buildings.
