摘要
经济的发展极大地促进了我国建筑行业的发展,在建筑施工中为了配合特殊项目,需要采取装配式建筑施工方式,这种施工方式也因此受到了推广和普及。建筑工程中的装配式建筑是在车间完成的,然后将其运输到施工现场进行装配,加大了施工的难度和复杂性。因此,BIM技术产生并被应用到了装配式建筑当中,在具体的应用过程中能够实现全周期的技术指导与应用,并能够提供与工程项目实际情况相符合的信息内容,以此来提高装配式建筑的施工质量。
Economic development has greatly promoted the development of China’s construction industry. In order to meet the needs of special projects in building construction, prefabricated building construction methods are needed. This construction method has also been promoted and popularized. The prefabricated building in the construction project is completed in the workshop and then transported to the construction site for assembly, increasing the difficulty and complexity of the construction. Therefore, BIM technology is produced and applied to prefabricated buildings. In the specific application process, it can achieve full-cycle technical guidance and application, and can provide information content that is consistent with the actual situation of the project, so as to improve the construction quality of the prefabricated building.
