摘要
在城市存量发展背景下,提升城市存量空间品质与塑造城市特色成为城市转型的重要趋势。城市设计导则是面向城市空间和品质控制管理最基本的手段和依据,本文结合合肥市大蜀山片区城市设计项目的编制工作,对"存量型"城市设计导则的编制思路和编制的内容等方面进行了探索性研究。
In the context of urban stock development, it is an important trend of urban transformation to improve the quality of urban stock space and shape urban characteristics. Urban design guidelines are the most basic method and basis for urban space and quality control management. Based on the compilation of urban design project in Dashushan District of Hefei, this paper explores the compilation ideas and contents of "stock" urban design guidelines.
