摘要
文章通过浏览官方网站,调查42所“双一流”高校图书馆新生专栏的栏目设置、常见服务内容、特色服务内容、互动交流服务等情况,提出高校图书馆新生专栏的建设启示,如加强信息素养教育、丰富新生服务内容、重视图书馆网站建设、增强双方互动交流等,以提升高校图书馆的服务质量。
By browsing the official website of 42“Double first-class”university libraries,the paper investigates the column setting,common service content,characteristic service content and interactive exchange service of the freshmen column.This paper puts forward the enlightenment of the construction of the freshmen column of university libraries,such as strengthening the information literacy education,enriching the freshmen service content,attaching importance to the construction of the library website and enhancing the interactive exchange between the two sides to improve the service quality of university libraries.
