摘要
目的探究斜视型别对患者深度运动知觉的影响。方法选取2017年2月至2018年12月于本院治疗的120例斜视患者为研究对象。将斜视患者作为实验组,并选取同期100例眼科门诊中双眼最佳矫正视力均正常、立体视锐度不超过60〞(Titmus立体板)且眼位未出现异常者为对照组。采用立体视测试软件测量斜视者的深度运动知觉,并正确使用深度运动知觉的测量程序完成深度运动知觉检查。结果实验组共74例间歇性外斜视、22例恒定性外斜视和24例内斜视;实验组斜视患者59.16%存在深度运动知觉,且不同斜视型别深度运动知觉检查通过率比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其中,间歇性外斜视患者有95.94%存在深度运动知觉,而恒定性外斜视与恒定性内斜视患者均未检查出现深度运动知觉。结论不同型别的斜眼对于深度运动知觉存在不同的影响,正确区分斜视型别,可以更加方便检查患者是否出现深度运动知觉,值得临床应用推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of strabismus type on the perception of deep motion in patients.Methods A total of 120 patients with strabismus who were treated in our hospital from February 2017 to December 2018 were enrolled.Patients with strabismus were used as the experimental group,and the best corrected visual acuity in both eyes of 100 ophthalmology clinics at the same time was selected.The stereoscopic visual acuity was not more than 60〞(Titmus stereoscopic plate),and the eye position was not abnormal.The stereoscopic visual test software was used to measure the deep motion perception of the strabismus,and the deep motion perception test was performed correctly using the measurement procedure of the deep motion perception.Results The experimental group had a total of 74 intermittent intervals,22 cases of constant exotropia and 24 cases of esotropia.59.16%of patients in the experimental group had deep motor perception,and the difference of pass rate of different strabismus types was statistically significant(P<0.05).95.94%of patients with intermittent exotropia had deep motor perception,while patients with constant exotropia and constant esotropia did not detect deep motion perception.Conclusion Different types of squint have different effects on deep motion perception.Correctly distinguishing the types of squint can make it more convenient to check whether patients have deep motion perception,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
