往复压缩机气量调节及气流脉动分析

摘要 往复压缩机是化工生产线上的重要装置,实际生产需求经常会要求调节进气量,现提出一种调整思路是在进气阀处加装机械装置,延缓进气阀的关闭时间。为检测此思路是否会引发不良气流脉动和共振,基于有限元软件ANSYS对管线结构进行模态分析,分析加装装置前后的固有频率和振型,计算管道应力。证明了思路的可行性,并没有产生有害的气流脉动和振动,是一种有效地改变进气量、调整工况的方法。 Reciprocating compressor is an important device in the chemical production line.The actual production demand often requires adjustment of the intake air quantity.The existing adjustment method is to install a mechanical device at the air inlet to delay the closing time of the intake valve.In order to detect whether this idea will lead to bad airflow pulsation and resonance,the finite element software ANSYS is used to analyze the pipeline structure,analyze the natural frequency and vibration mode before and after the installation,and calculate the pipeline stress.It proves the feasibility of the idea and does not produce harmful airflow pulsation and vibration.It is an effective method to change the intake air volume and adjust the working conditions.
