生命的意义:教学与探索

摘要 生命的意义问题是生命教育的核心问题,也是教学中最棘手的问题。关于生命意义的教学探索,可以通过一种三部曲式的教学方法进行:第一步,厘清前提。厘清"意义"的含义及其与价值的关系,剖析"生命无意义"的观点,明晰"生命""生活""人生"的区别与联系,为大学生思考生命的意义做好知识性的前提准备。第二步,借鉴经典。借鉴前人的人生智慧,帮助学生寻找对生命意义的思考和探寻的路径。第三步,意义追寻。揭示出生命的意义就在"追寻意义"的过程中,每个人通过自己的不懈努力,发展和完善自己的身心灵,充满激情和信心地生活,自己生命的意义就会被自己创造出来。 The meaning of life is not only the core of life education,but also the most difficult issue in teaching.The teaching exploration of the meaning of life can be carried out through a trilogy teaching method.The first step is to clarify the premise.It is important to clarify the meaning of"meaning"and its relationship with value,analyze the viewpoint that"life is meaningless",elucidate the differences and connections among"life","living"and"human existence",so as to prepare college students for thinking about the meaning of life.The second step is to learn from the classics.Learning from the previous wisdom of life can help students find the way to think and explore the meaning of life.The third step is to pursue meaning.The revelation of the meaning of life lies in the process of"pursuing the meaning".All of us can develop and perfect our own body,mind amd soul through our own unremitting efforts,and live with passion and confidence,so that we can create our own meaning of life.
