摘要
随着高校智库型学术共同体的发展壮大,其作为服务国家治理体系和经济社会发展的重要力量,越来越受到人们的关注,研究高校智库型学术共同体建设具有较强的理论价值和现实意义。通过深入探讨学术共同体的发展演变及内涵特征,厘清我国高校智库型学术共同体发展中存在的问题,结合新时代对学术共同体的新要求及学术共同体发展趋势,探索新时代高校智库型学术共同体的建设路径。要通过构建新型智库治理体系、规范学术评价、科学设定管理权限、合理分配学术资源、夯实服务社会发展的目标、注重品牌建设等措施加强高校智库型学术共同体建设。
With its development and expansion,think-tank-type academic community of colleges and universities,as an important force to serve the national governance system and the economic and social development,has attracted more and more people's attention.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the construction of think-tank-type academic community of colleges and universities.Through in-depth discussion on the development and connotation characteristics of academic communities,the problems existing in the development of thinktank-type academic communities in China's colleges and universities have been clarified.By combining the new requirements of the new era for academic communities and their develop ment trend,the path of building a think-tank-type academic community of colleges and univer sities in the new age has been explored.To strengthen the construction of think-tank-type aca demic communities of colleges and universities,we should construct a new think tank gover nance system,standardize academic evaluation,scientifically set management authority,rational ly allocate academic resources,consolidate the goal of serving the society,and focus on brand building,etc.
