摘要
当前,河南省经济高质量发展仍然存在科技创新投入强度不够、生态环境保护问题比较突出、制造业亟待转型升级、民营经济活跃度不高、乡村振兴战略推进不均衡等突出问题。针对这些问题,我们建议进一步推动河南省经济高质量发展的对策是:实施创新驱动战略亟须政府加力,以高端制造智能制造为支撑挺起先进制造业的脊梁,坚定不移保护生态环境,激发民营经济发展活力需要新的重大策略,总结推广企业还贷周转金的"洛阳模式",实施乡村振兴战略需要全面加强党的基层组织建设。
At present, Henan’s high-quality economic development still has some prominent problems, such as insufficient investment in scientific and technological innovation, prominent problems in ecological and environmental protection, urgent need on transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry, low vitality of private economy and unbalanced promotion of rural revitalization strategy. To solve these problems, we have suggested the countermeasures to further promote the high-quality development of economy in Henan Province: the implementation of innovation-driven strategy should be increasingly supported by the government, the backbone of advanced manufacturing industry should be stood on the intelligent manufacture and highend manufacture, we also should persistently protect the ecological environment, stimulate the vitality of private economy development with new major strategy, summarize and promote the "Luoyang model" of loan circulating funds of enterprise, and implement the strategy of rural revitalization by comprehensively strengthening the party’s basic-level organization construction.
