摘要
目的:观察施氏伤科温经养荣汤加减联合甲钴胺分散片治疗肝肾不足型脊髓型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:将84例脊髓型颈椎病患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组41例和研究组43例。对照组给予甲钴胺分散片,研究组在对照组的基础上联合施氏伤科温经养荣汤加减。比较两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后颈椎活动度、Berg平衡量表(Berg balance scale,BBS)评分、脊髓功能评分。结果:两组患者治疗前及治疗后4周颈椎活动度、BBS评分及脊髓功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组患者治疗后8周颈椎活动度大于本组治疗前,且研究组大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后8周BBS评分及脊髓功能评分高于本组治疗前,且研究组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后4周,研究组有效率为48.84%,对照组有效率为21.96%,两组有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后8周,研究组有效率为72.1%,对照组有效率为53.66%,两组有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:施氏伤科温经养荣汤结合甲钴胺分散片治疗肝肾不足型脊髓型颈椎病,可有效改善患者的临床症状。
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Channel-Warming and Yin-Nourishing Decoction combined with Mecobalamin Dispersible Tablets on cervical spondylotic myelopathy(CSM)with syndrome of liver and kidney deficiency.Methods:A total of 84 patients were divided into the control group with 41 cases and the study group with 43 cases.The control group was given Mecobalamin Dispersible Tablets,and the study group was combined with Channel-Warming and Yin-Nourishing Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect,cervical vertebra activity,Berg Balance Scale(BBS)score and spinal cord function score of the two groups before and after the treatment were compared.Results:In terms of the cervical vertebra activity,BBS score and spinal cord function score of the two groups before the treatment and 4 weeks after treatment,there were no significant differences(P>0.05).The activity of cervical vertebra in the two groups after 8 weeks’treatment was higher than that before the treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The BBS score and spinal cord function score of the two groups after 8 weeks of treatment were higher than those before the treatment,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the effective rate of the study group was 48.84%,and that of the control group was 21.96%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the effective rate of the study group was 72.1%,and that of the control group was 53.66%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Channel-Warming and Yin-Nourishing Decoction combined with Mecobalamin Dispersible Tablets has a remarkable efficacy on CSM with syndrome of liver and kidney deficiency,can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of the patients.
