摘要
超级螺栓区别于常规螺栓的连接形式,采用微过盈产生挤压变形的形式达到定位和连接功能。根据大型压缩机空心转子的装配工艺需求,为了更好的把控螺栓的实时变形情况,对空心转子超级螺栓进行力学分析,得到理论计算方法,通过有限元的分析进行核算,确定理论公式的适用性和精度。以不同径厚比和锥度的螺栓进行拓展计算,分析得到理论计算方法的误差分布规律,通过修正系数Ks对公式进行修正,得到一套适用于超级螺栓推进量快速计算的理论计算方法,该理论方法对径厚比小于20、锥度介于1:20~1:70之间的超级螺栓锥套,误差能够控制在5%以下。
Super bolt is different from the ordinary bolt in connection form,which uses micro-interference to achieve positioning and connection function.According to the assembly process requirements of large type of compressor's hollow rotor,the mechanical analysis of hollow rotor super bolts is carried out to control the real-time deformation of bolts,and the theoretical calculation method is obtained.The applicability and accuracy of the theoretical formula is determined through the finite element analysis(FEA).The error distribution of theoretical calculation method is obtained by the calculation of bolts with different diameter-thickness ratio and taper.A simplified theoretical method for hollow rotor's binder bolt is obtained and modified with correction coefficient.Scope of this method is that the taper bush should be less than 20 diameter-thickness ratio and 1:20~1:70 taper.Comparing with the results of FEA,the error of this method can be controlled below 5%.
