摘要
电力系统的软交换技术是通过具有编程功能的软件系统实现通信系统设备分离,在电力通信系统的业务中提供能够操作的页面以及各项功能,形成了网络化的数据服务链形式,为电力系统的可靠性提供保障。软交换技术将通信系统向新的业务服务结构转化,在电力系统中发挥了重要作用。
The power system soft exchange technology,is through the software system with programming function to realize the communication system equipment separation,in the power communication system business to provide the page that can be operated and various functions,formed the network data service chain form,for the power system reliability to provide guarantee. The soft switching technology transforms the communication system to the new service structure and plays an important role in the power system.
