摘要
秘书学专业进入本科目录之后迎来了新的发展机遇与挑战,为了培养复合型秘书专业人才,秘书学专业需摒弃"重理论轻技能"的观念,强化实训教学对应用型人才培养的支撑作用。我们应该树立新的教育教学理念,立足培养学生的思维能力,强化思维训练。为此,提出了"改变固有思维认知、构建科学的实训教学体系、采取灵活多样的实训教学方法、拓宽实训教学基地"四条实训教学改革路径。
After entering the undergraduate catalog,the secretarial major has found its own chance for development and challenges.For training comprehensive talent,this major needs to give up the conception of "theory prior to practice",and emphasize the practical teaching’s supportive function to the training of pragmatic talent.We should establish the new teaching conception,set foot on the training students’ thinking ability,and enhance their thinking practice.Accordingly,this paper has proposed the four paths to the reformation of practical teaching:changing the original cognition,constructing the system of practical teaching,innovating the teaching methods and widening the field of the practical teaching.
