摘要
目的:评价柴胡疏肝散治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效及安全性。方法:对中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中国医院数字图书馆(CHKD)、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、Wanfang、VIP、Pubmed、Embase、Cochrane library等数据库中的相关文献进行全面检索,借助Review Manager 5.3程序进行Meta分析。结果:共收录15项研究,受试者总数为1340例。Meta分析显示:柴胡疏肝散治疗组在临床总有效率、心绞痛缓解率、心电图改善率等方面均优于对照组(P<0.05);不良事件较少,提示安全性较高。结论:柴胡疏肝散治疗冠心病心绞痛具有良好的临床疗效。今后需要更多高质量的研究来对这一结果进行验证。
Objective: To assess the clinical effect and safety of Chaihu Shugan Powder in treating angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(CHD). Method: The author retrieved databases included CBM, CHKD, CNKI,Wanfang, VIP, PubMed, Embase and Cochrane library data. The whole collected articles using randomized controlled trials(RCTs) were given Meta-analysis through Revman5.3 version. Results: There were 15 RCTs with1340 cases included in eventually. The final results of Meta-analysis showed that treating with Chaihu Shugan Powder could enhance the overall clinical efficacy, angina remission rate and ECG improvement rate. The differences between intervention group and control group were statistically significant(P<0.05). At the same time, the mild adverse reactions of treating with Chaihu Shugan powder indicated that there was good safety. Conclusion:The outcomes of the analysis points out that treating with Chaihu Shugan Powder is efficacious for angina pectoris of CHD. The ultimate conclusion requires further investigation to authenticate.
