摘要
目的探究手法整复联合小夹板外固定对桡骨远端骨折患者RUSS评分、Cooney评分及生活自理能力的影响。方法选取2018年6月至2019年5月本院收治的桡骨远端骨折患者68例,随机分成两组,每组34例。对照组常规切开复位小夹板固定对桡骨远端骨折患者实施治疗,研究组采用手法整复联合小夹板外固定对桡骨远端骨折患者实施治疗。结果研究组的治疗有效率为94.1%,优于对照组的73.5%(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗后RUSS评分、Cooney评分均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论手法整复联合小夹板外固定对桡骨远端骨折患者实施治疗,可促进腕关节功能的恢复,骨折线愈合较好,易操作、术后恢复快,极大提升了患者的自理能力,疗效理想,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of manipulative reduction combined with small splint external fixation on RUSS score,Cooney score,and self-care ability of patients with distal radius fracture.Methods 68 patients with distal radius fractures treated at our hospital from June,2018 to May,2019 were selected,and randomly divided into a control group and a study group,34 cases for each group.The control group were treated with conventional open reduction and small splint fixation,and the study group with manipulative reduction and small splint external fixation.The treatment effects were compared between these two groups.Results The treatment effective rate was 94.1%in the study group,and was 73.5%in the control group(P<0.05).The RUSS and Cooney scores were higher in the study group than in the control group(all P<0.05).The score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Manipulative reduction combined with small splint external fixation for patients with distal radius fracture can promote the recovery of wrist joint function and greatly improve their self-care ability,has good fracture line healing and quick postoperative recovery,and is easy to operate and effective,so it is worth being generalized.
