摘要
唐代许多文人对医学表现出浓厚兴趣,文人们著书立说,丰富了医学著述。出于自身养生及治病的需要,加之地方医疗资源有限,文人们通过各种途径搜集医方并编纂成书。唐代文人韦宙根据搜集的医方编写了《韦氏集验独行方》,此书已散佚,现从后世文献中辑出《韦氏集验独行方》25方。《韦氏集验独行方》所录医方关注唐代官吏常见疾病和一些南方特有疾患、家内常见病,并以单方为主,多用常见药材易于操作和流传,这种用药特点与其个人经历和医学水平相关。
Many literati in the Tang Dynasty were showing a surge interest in medicine. The books written by them enriched medical works.Actuated by their needs of keeping health and treatment,and because of the shortage of regional medical resources,the literati made efforts to collect prescriptions in variety ways to edit them into books.Wei Shi Ji Yan Du Xing Fang was a medical formulary written by WEI Zhou who was a scholar in the Tang Dynasty,based on the prescriptions he collected. The formular was scattered and lost until now 25 prescriptions was found in other subsequent medical works.It focused on the common diseases in the south of China and which were mainly got by officers and their family members. As to medication,single-drug prescriptions and common drugs were mainly used in this formulary,making it more practical and easily to spread. These characteristics of medication have everything to do with the personal experience and medical capacity of WEI Zhou himself.
