摘要
目的探讨检测阴道分泌物对育龄期妇女的意义。方法选取2016年1月至2019年1月在沈阳市第一人民医院就诊的2000女性,按照年龄分为育龄组20~40岁,1000例,以及非育龄组41~50岁,1000例,使用无菌棉拭子采集阴道后穹隆处分泌物,采取悬滴法和革兰染色法对阴道清洁度、滴虫、假丝酵母菌、线索细胞进行显微镜检查。结果育龄组女性外阴细菌性阴道病(BV)、外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病(VVC)、滴虫性阴道炎(TV)、淋菌性阴道炎(GV)、阴道清洁度明显高于非育龄组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对育龄期妇女检测阴道分泌物检测发现其更容易感染阴道炎,育龄期妇女应该注意卫生。
Objective To explore the significance of vaginal secretion detection for women of childbearing age.Methods From January 2016 to January2019 in shenyang,the first people’s hospital of 2000 women,according to the age in child-bearing age groups 20-40,1000 cases,and the group of childbearing age 41 to 50 years old,1000 cases,using sterile cotton swab collection vaginal secretions on the vault,take the hanging drop method and gram stain method to vaginal cleanness,trichomoniasis,candida,clue cells for microscopic examination.Results Female genital bacterial vaginosis(BV),vulvovaginal candidiasis(VVC),trichomonas vaginitis(TV),gonococcal vaginitis(GV) and vaginal cleanliness in the reproductive age group were significantly higher than those in the non-reproductive age group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Vaginal discharge detection in women of childbearing age shows that they are more likely to be infected with vaginitis.
