摘要
通过对芡河湖大银鱼种质自然保护区轮虫群落特征的研究,可为大银鱼保护以及生态文明建设提供科学依据。于2019年3月,对芡河湖大银鱼种质自然保护区4个采样站点的轮虫群落结构特征进行调查。结果表明,共鉴定出轮虫7科12属25种,其中臂尾轮科13种,矩形龟甲轮虫、缘板龟甲轮虫和针簇多枝轮虫为该保护区的主要优势种。研究区轮虫总丰度变化范围为646.5~1104.0 ind./L,Shannon-Wiener指数和Margalef指数的变化范围分别为2.32~2.54和2.65~3.53。通过对轮虫多样性分析表明,芡河湖大银鱼水产种质资源保护区水质介于寡污型至β-中污型之间。
The study of rotifers community characteristics in Protosalanx hyalocranius aquatic germplasm reserves of Qianhehu Lake can provide a scientific basis for the protection of P. hyalocranius and the construction of ecological civilization.The rotifers community structure at four sampling sites in Qianhehu Lake were investigated in March,2019,and 25 species,7 family of rotifers were identified. Among them,13 species were Brachionidae,and as the dominant group of the reserve,K. quadrata,K. ticinensis and P. trigla were major dominant species.The rotifers abundance ranged from 646.5 ind./L to 1104.0 ind./L,the Shannon-Wiener diversity index and Margalef abundance index of rotifers were 2.32-2.54 and 2.65-3.53,respectively.The results of diversity analysis showed that the water quality of the reserve in Qianhehu Lake was between oligotrophic and β-moderate pollution type.
