西藏地区沼气发酵反应器的快速启动研究

摘要 快速启动沼气发酵反应器对于沼气在西藏地区的推广应用具有非常重要的意义。本文通过改变环境温度、底物成分配比、底物含水率等操作条件研究了不借助菌种快速启动沼气反应器的方法。结果表明,以新鲜猪粪为原料,控制温度为25℃以上可以在1 d内产气,并且底物中新鲜猪粪与剩菜叶的干物质比为2∶1时有利于产气,而猪粪与泔水及猪粪与秸秆的混合物则不利于产气。对沼气反应器最佳启动条件下的产气监测分析表明,所产沼气量以及沼气中的甲烷浓度都可达到沼气生产要求。 The quick start of biogas fermentation reactor is of great significance for the popularization and application of biogas in Tibet.By changing the operating conditions such as ambient temperature,substrate distribution ratio and substrate moisture content,this paper studied the quick start method of a biogas reactor without resorting to bacteria.The results showed that using fresh pig manure as a raw materials and controlling the temperature above 25 ℃ could produce gas within 1 d,and the dry matter ratio of fresh pig manure and leftover leaves in the substrate was 2 ∶1,which was favorable for gas production,and mixtures of pig manure and swill,pig manure and straw were not conducive to gas production.The monitoring and analysis of the gas production under the optimal start-up conditions of the biogas reactor showed that the amount of biogas and the concentration of methane in the biogas could meet the requirements for biogas production.
