摘要
针对螺纹钢在煤气加热轧制过程中存在烧损率较高现象,通过现场调查分析和试验研究,提出了监控煤气成分和热值、优化加热工艺和提高关键设备管理等技术措施。结果表明:采取一系列的改进措施后,目前螺纹钢在加热轧制过程中烧损率由最初的1.2%降低到1.09%,具有良好的经济效益。
In view of the high burning loss rate of screw steel in the process of gas heating and rolling,this paper puts forward some technical measures,such as monitoring gas composition and calorific value,optimizing heating process and improving key equipment management,etc.The results show that after a series of improvement measures are taken,the burning loss rate of screw steel in the process of heating and rolling is reduced from 1.2% to 1.09%,which has good economic benefits.
