摘要
安全稳定的开关电源是保证设备正常运行的前提条件。本文总结HVS-2型口腔专用负压机、二氧化碳培养箱Thermo8000DH、迈瑞T5监护仪三个典型设备电源故障实例,深入解析电源开关的组成及工作原理,根据分析结果制定相应的解决方案。通过对开关电源故障的分析与检修,故障得以处理,为医疗设备开关电源的维修提供了实例参考。同时,只有维修人员充分掌握了医疗设备开关电源的原理与检修方法,才可能为医疗设备的安全稳定运行提供保障。
Safe and stable switching power supply is the prerequisite to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.Three typical equipment power failure examples of HVS-2 oral negative pressure machine,carbon dioxide incubator Thermo8000DH and Mindray T5 monitor were summarized in this article,the composition and working principle of the power switch was thoroughly analyzed,and the corresponding solution was formulated based on the analysis results.We analyzed and repaired the fault of switching power supply,so that the fault could be handled,which provided a reference for the maintenance of switching power supply of medical equipment.At the same time,only when the maintenance personnel have fully mastered the principle and maintenance methods of the switching power supply of medical equipment,can they provide guarantee for the safe and stable operation of medical equipment.
