气体渗透法测量聚偏氟乙烯微孔膜孔径影响因素的研究 被引量:3

摘要 孔性能参数是分离膜产品重要的技术指标,决定了分离膜的通量、截留率等渗透性能.气体渗透法(气液置换法)是测量有机微孔膜孔性能参数的主要方法之一.选用不同孔径大小的聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)平板膜和中空纤维膜为对象,研究了组件型式、运行方式、清洗过程、浸润时间等前处理过程对孔径测试结果的影响.结果表明,组件型式对中空纤维膜孔径测试结果的影响较小;内压膜和外压膜应选用不同的运行方式测量;湿膜和受污染的干膜在测试前需做清洗处理;膜样品必须充分浸润才能获得理想的测试结果. The pore performance parameter is an important technical index of the separation membrane product,which determines the permeability such as flux and retention of the separation membrane.The gas permeating method(gas-liquid displacing method)is one of the main methods for measuring the pore performance parameters of organic microporous membranes.The PVDF flat membranes and PVDF hollow fiber membranes with different pore sizes were selected to study the effects of pretreatment processes such as module type,operation mode,cleaning process and infiltrating time on the pore size testing results.The results show that the module has little effect on the pore size testing results of hollow fiber membrane.Inner pressure membrane and external pressure membrane should be measured by different operation modes.Wet membrane and contaminated dry membrane need to be cleaned before testing.Membrane samples must be fully infiltrated to achieve the desired test results.
