摘要
为了评价磷酸钾镁水泥(MKPC)砂浆的抗水和抗硫酸盐溶液冻融性能,测试了快速冻融条件下MKPC砂浆试件的强度发展和质量损失,并与同强度等级的硅酸盐水泥(P·O)砂浆试件相比较,试验结果证实:在水冻融循环75次和5%Na2SO4溶液冻融50次后P·O砂浆试件(M2)完全失去强度,而具有同样强度等级的MKPC砂浆试件(M1)在水冻融循环75次和5%Na2SO4溶液冻融100次后的强度剩余率均高于75%。在水和5%Na2SO4溶液中冻融循环50次时,M2试件的质量损失均已超过5%的破坏标准,而M1的质量损失远低于5%。上述结果说明MKPC砂浆试件的抗水冻融和抗硫酸盐溶液冻融性能远高于硅酸盐水泥砂浆试件,且抗盐冻融性能好于抗水冻融性能。
In order to evaluate the water-resistance and anti-sulphate solution freeze-thaw properties of potassium magnesium phosphate cement(MKPC) mortar, the strength development and mass loss of MKPC mortar specimens under rapid freeze-thaw conditions were tested and compared with Portland cement(P·O) of the same strength grade. The test results confirme that the P·O mortar specimen(M2) completely lost strength after 75 cycles of water freeze-thaw cycle and 50 cycles of 5% Na2SO4 solution, while the strength residual ratio of MKPC mortar(M1) with the same strength grade after the water freeze-thaw cycle 75 times and the 5% Na2SO4 solution freeze-thaw 100 times is higher than 75%. When the freeze-thaw cycle is 50 times in water and 5% Na2SO4 solution, the mass loss of M2 specimens exceed the failure criterion of 5%, and the mass loss of M1 is much lower than 5%. The above results show that the freeze-thaw resistance and freeze-thaw performance of MKPC mortar specimens are much higher than that of portland cement mortar specimens, and the salt-freeze-thaw resistance is better than the water-freeze-thaw resistance.
