摘要
建立圆柱滚子轴承生热计算模型,并基于传热学中的Fourier导热定律,通过MATLAB完成了轴承中各温度节点的划分及各节点热平衡方程创建,实现了利用理论计算铁路货车轴箱轴承二维稳态温度场。以某机车用双列圆柱滚子轴承为例,利用理论计算模型对轴承温度场进行分析。经试验验证,轴承温度分布与理论计算结果相符合,说明了理论计算模型的正确性。
The calculation model for heat generation of cylindrical roller bearing is established.Based on Fourier heat conduction law in heat transfer theory,each temperature node in the bearing is divided and heat balance equation of each node is established by MATLAB.The two-dimensional steady-state temperature field of railway axle box bearing is obtained by theoretical calculation.Taking the double row cylindrical roller bearing for locomotive as an example,the temperature field of the bearing is analyzed by using theoretical calculation model.The experimental verification is carried out,the temperature distribution of the bearing is consistent with theoretical calculation results,which illustrates the correctness of theoretical calculation model.
