摘要
流量脉动是导致柱塞泵噪声的主要原因,而且流量脉动会通过管道传播给液压系统的其他元件,引起其振动发出噪声,所以减小柱塞泵的流量脉动成为了研究的重要问题。传统的减小流量脉动的方式是在配流盘的腰形槽前端加工三角槽,但这种方式对工况较为敏感,当转速、压力发生变化时不能很好地减少脉动。通过PumpLinx仿真软件验证了另外一种减少流量脉动的方式,该方式是在配流盘三角槽前端设置一个预压缩容腔。仿真结果表明:当转速、出口压力发生变化时,预压缩容腔可以较好地减小流量脉动。
Flow ripple is the main cause of the noise of the piston pump,and the flow ripple will be transmitted to other components of the hydraulic system through pipelines,causing its vibration and noise,so reducing the flow ripple of the piston pump has become an important issue of research.Traditionally,the way reducing the flow ripple is to process the triangular groove at the front of the kidney groove of the valve plate,but this way is more sensitive to the operating conditions,and can not reduce the ripple well when the speed and pressure change.Another way to reduce flow ripple was verified by PumpLinx simulation software.This way was to set a pre-compression chamber at the front of the triangular groove of the valve plate.The simulation results show that when the speed and outlet pressure change,the pre-compression chamber can reduce the flow ripple better.
