摘要 针对已有配电网状态估计方法在进行量测数据的融合时,未考虑量测时延,量测数据断面可能并没有对齐以及收敛性和抗差性往往难以兼顾的局限性,本文提出了考虑量测时延时基于3种数据源融合的配电网状态估计方法。首先,基于量测数据的分布特性,提出量测时延的处理方法,解决断面数据对齐问题。然后,通过线性外推对配电网中的3种常用的量测数据进行有效融合。最后,利用融合后的数据进行配电网状态估计计算,提出一种基于最小二乘和一乘之和的抗差状态估计方法。仿真算例证明了本文方法的有效性。 When the existing distribution state estimation(DSE)methods are applied to the fusion of measurement data,the measurement delay is not considered,the measurement data sections may not be aligned,and the convergence and robustness are often difficult to take into account.In view of the above problems,a DSE method based on the fusion of three data sources is proposed considering the measurement delay.First,based on the distribution characteristics of measurement data,the processing method for measurement delay is proposed to solve the problem of misalignment of section data.Then,three commonly used measurement data in distribution network are effectively fused by the linear extrapolation method.Finally,a weighted least squares and absolute value(WLSAV)method based on the sum of least squares and multiplication is proposed for calculating the DSE using the fused data.The validity of the proposed method is proved by performing simulations on numerical examples.
