椎旁神经阻滞联合皮内阻滞应用于老年带状疱疹后神经痛患者的效果及对安全性分析被引量：2

摘要目的:分析椎旁神经阻滞联合皮内阻滞对老年带状疱疹后神经痛(PHN)患者的近期临床效果。方法:收集在我院治疗的83例老年PHN患者,将其随机分为两组,其中常规组41例,采用常规临床用药治疗,而联合组42例则增加椎旁神经阻滞联合皮内阻滞进行治疗。对比两组患者临床效果。结果:联合组治疗1、2、4周后的VAS评分均低于常规组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:椎旁神经阻滞联合皮内阻滞对老年PHN患者疗效确切,且临床安全性高。
