摘要 齿轮油在齿轮箱中起润滑,冷却,防锈,减振和清洁等作用。随着齿轮箱朝着高功率和小型化方向发展,对齿轮箱的可靠性和耐久性提出了更高的要求,同时对齿轮油的性能也提出了更高的要求。除了齿轮油的氧化安定性能和抗点蚀性能外,齿轮油与齿轮箱中橡胶的相容性也逐渐受到重视。橡胶在齿轮箱中起密封和减振作用,若橡胶与齿轮油的相容性差,可能造成齿轮箱异常磨损,异常振动和齿轮油泄漏等故障。对齿轮箱中橡胶的失效原因进行了分析,接触介质老化是橡胶失效的潜在原因之一。目前齿轮油与橡胶的相容性可分为静态相容性及动态相容性,对静态相容性及动态相容性的测试条件进行了介绍。 Gear lubes played the role of lubrication,cooling,rust prevention,vibration reduction and cleaning in the gearbox.With the development of gearbox towards high power and miniaturization,higher requirements were put forward for the reliability and durability of gearbox,as well as the performance of gear lubes.In addition to the oxidation stability and pitting resistance of gear lubes,the compatibility between gear lubes and elastomers in gearbox had been paid more and more attention.Elastomers had effect of sealing and vibration reduction.If the compatibility between elastomers and gear lubes was poor,abnormal wear,abnormal vibration and leakage of gear lubes might be caused.The failure reason of elastomers in gearbox was analyzed.The contact medium aging was one of the potential reasons of elastomers failure.At present,the compatibility of gear lubes and elastomers could be divided into static compatibility and dynamic compatibility.The test conditions of static compatibility and dynamic compatibility were introduced.
