摘要
目的探究患者和家庭为中心护理(PFCC)模式的精细化护理干预在唇腭裂患儿围术期中的应用效果。方法 选取我院2017年9月~2019年7月唇腭裂患儿82例,根据入院顺序分组,各41例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组于对照组基础上实施PFCC模式的精细化护理干预。比较两组住院时间、并发症发生率及术后6 h、12 h疼痛程度。结果 术后6 h、术后12 h观察组疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 唇腭裂患儿围术期采用PFCC模式的精细化护理干预,可减轻术后疼痛程度,缩短住院时间,降低并发症发生率。
Objective To explore the application effect of refined nursing intervention in patients and family-centered care (PFCC) mode in perioperative period of children with cleft lip and palate.Methods Eighty-two children with cleft lip and palate from September 2017 to July 2019 in our hospital were enrolled.According to the order of admission,41 cases were included.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group performed the refined nursing intervention of the PFCC model on the basis of the control group.The length of hospital stay,the incidence of complications,and the degree of pain at 6 h and 12 h after surgery were compared.Results The pain scores of the observation group were lower than that of the control group at 6 h and 12 h after operation (P<0.05).The hospitalization time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The perioperative period of children with cleft lip and palate using the PFCC mode of refined nursing intervention can reduce postoperative pain,shorten hospital stay and reduce the incidence of complications.
