摘要
本文从人才培养模式、开展方式和导师等方面入手,依托专业型“众创空间”探索与实践高职创新创业人才培养模式,具体包括:构建专业教育与双创教育一体化的发展模式,依托众创空间开展校企协同的项目式双创教学,实施校企优势互补的双导师制,形成螺旋递进式创新创业人才培养模式,希望能够为相关的教育工作者提供一定的帮助和支持。
This article from talent training mode,way and tutor in three aspect,exploration and practice of training mode of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in Vocational Colleges Based on professional"Creating Space".Specifically including:Constructing the development mode of the integration of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education,the project teaching of school enterprise cooperation and implementing the dual tutorial system of complementary advantages of school and enterprise.So as to provide some reference for related educators.
