摘要
基于当前科技成果转化的共性问题、中医药优势与不足等方面,研究推动中医药科技成果转化的策略。建议从概念分类、法律体系、标准化、科技投入、市场需求、成果产权操作性、人才培养、中介服务体系、监测评价方法、信息平台等方面加强中医药科技成果的转化,推动中医药科技成果转化有助于促进中医药事业的繁荣发展。
Based on the common problems in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,the advantages and disadvantages of Chinese Medicine,this paper studies the strategies to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of Chinese Medicine.We suggested some advices to promote the technology transfer of Chinese Medicine from the concept of classification,legal system,standardization,investment of scientific and technological,market demand,operability of property rights,talents cultivation,intermediary service system,monitoring and evaluation methods and the development of information platform.Promoting the technology transfer of Chinese Medicine will plays a positive role to the development of CM.
