摘要
[目的/意义]旨在探讨社交媒体用户倦怠与消极使用行为。[方法/过程]采用,对现有研究成果进行梳理,发现目前对于社交媒体倦怠的研究主要集中于社交媒体倦怠的概念及内涵、前因变量研究和结果变量研究等,同时研究方法较为单一。[结果/结论]未来研究中,可通过新技术与新研究方法的使用对社交媒体倦怠的构成及测量进行研究、探索异质性社交媒体间用户倦怠的差异与共性以及尝试基于倦怠情绪差异与消极使用行为的细分研究,以更好揭示社交媒体倦怠的“黑箱”。
[Purpose/significance]The paper intends to explore users’fatigue and negative use behaviors in social media.[Method/process]By document research the paper summarizes the existing research achievement and finds that the current research of social media fatigue mainly focuses on the concept and connotation antecedent variables and outcome variables and the research method is relatively single.[Result/conclusion]In the future research new technologies and new research methods will be used in research on the measurement and composition of social media fatigue exploration on the differences and commonalities of users’fatigue among heterogeneous media and subdivision research based on the emotional difference of fatigue and negative using behaviors so as to reveal the“black box”of social media fatigue better.
