摘要
随着越来越多的农村中青年进入城市发展,以及老龄化速度的加快,农村老年人的居住环境亟须得到改善。本文以新农村住宅为研究基础,重点关注老龄化背景下农村老年人的居住环境,并通过对老年人居住现状的分析,提出适宜农村老年人生活的住宅设计策略,使其在延续地域特色的同时,满足农村老年人的居住需求。从适老性的角度出发,对农村住宅提出合理的意见,为新农村建设提供新思路。
With more and more rural middle-aged and young people entering the cities and the acceleration of aging, the living environment for the aged in rural areas needs to be improved urgently. Based on the study of new rural housing, this paper focuses on the living environment of the elderly in the context of aging. And through the analysis on the current living situation of the elderly, this paper puts forward the housing design strategy suitable for the elderly living in rural areas, so that it can not only continue the regional characteristics, but also meet the needs of the elderly living in rural areas. From the perspective of aging, this paper puts forward reasonable suggestions for rural housing, and provides new ideas for new rural construction.
