摘要
随着我国老龄化程度的加深,社区居家养老模式或将成为我国未来养老的主要形式。本文运用层次分析法,构建社区适老化评价指标体系,选取武汉市楚材社区为研究对象,对社区现状适老化进行分析,以及对既有养老设施与空间进行改造研究。本文旨在通过对物质空间的改造,为老年群体营造出健康幸福的晚年生活空间。
With the deepening of aging in China,the community home-based pension model may become the main form of pension in China in the future.In this paper,AHP is used to build the evaluation index system of community aging,and Chucai community in Wuhan is selected as the research object to analyze the current situation of community aging,as well as the reconstruction of the existing pension facilities and space.The purpose is to create a healthy and happy living space for the elderly through the transformation of material space.
