摘要
经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)通过心导管技术使狭窄或闭塞的冠状动脉血管疏通,改善冠心病患者的缺血缺氧状态,恢复心肌血流灌注,从而使患者的症状得以改善,明显降低患者的心肌梗死发生率及死亡率,目前已经成为治疗冠心病的重要手段。但PCI是一种有创性检查及治疗手段,术中及术后可能会发生各种并发症,若不能及时发现及干预,可能会威胁患者的生命安全。现对PCI术后并发症的研究现状进行综述,为临床上应对PCI术后并发症的诊治提供理论依据。
Through opening of narrowed or blocked coronary arteries by catheter-based techniques,percutaneous coronary interention(PCI)can improve myocardial ischemia and hypoxia,restore myocardial perfusion,improve patient symptoms,and decrease incidence and mortality of myocardial infarction in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).However,PCI is an invasive treatment method,and various complications may occur during and after operation.Failure to timely detect and intervene may threaten the life safety of patients.This paper reviews the research progress of postoperative complications of PCI,in order to provide a theoretical basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of postoperative complications of PCI.
